kariya Terms and Conditions

kariya (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" or "the Platform") is a provider of online betting and casino services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the user or "Member") and kariya.

Each member may hold only one account. If a single person has multiple accounts (under the same name, address, mobile number, device or payment method), all such accounts may be closed and all deposited and winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Updating Information

If the details registered on the account change, the member should update them promptly or notify our support team. The member is responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

3.4 Account Sharing Prohibited

Sharing or giving account login details to anyone else is strictly prohibited. All transactions made from an account will be considered to have been carried out by the account holder.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

6.1 Game Operation

All games on kariya are operated through software from trusted and certified game providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server issues or any other technical fault, the last data recorded in the kariya system will be considered final. The applicable balance will be returned to the member's account in such cases.

• Conducting fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
• Operating an account on behalf of minors or allowing them to use it.
